Cey, the owner, is absolutely delightful, very personable, and incredibly helpful! I had a last minute business opportunity come up that I needed marketing materials for. She was very quick to help me plan out ideas and get the items created for me. She's also helped me with faxing documents and creating posters. I highly recommend supporting her store!

I found this shipping location after an employer required I was processed by a local FieldPrint. The completion of my I-9 was seamless.

When I needed a shipper, I patronized this establishment. I strongly believe in supporting small businesses.

I expected the shipping, tracking, and delivery to be expedient and within a week. The tracking information process indicates the package was not scanned.

I returned to the store four times over the past two months. Each time, I’m promised to come back another day. “If it’s not delivered by… then I’ll issue a refund and file a claim…” I received a refund for the shipping costs.

Independently, I started the claim with UPS but had to return to this business as they are the shipping location.

The package arrived at its destination after nearly two months. It was the date the claim credit for the package value was to be processed. This experience was extremely frustrating and discouraging. The store owner did call to follow up.

For notary services, I highly recommend this location.

Maybe it was just my experience, but the front desk employee didn’t seem too interested in helping/answering my questions. If anything she seemed disinterested in general, she could’ve been tired due to it being the last hour of her shift as well. But I would have preferred a friendlier reception.
They offer services here you’d find at most UPS, USPS, and other mailing services, the place seemed clean and organized.
Come here before the last hour though, the employee stated she starts shutting down some of the machines in the last hour the store is open.

The young lady behind the counter, I believe her name is Lauren, greeted me with a friendly hello, warm smile and how can I help you. She was very thorough in assisting me getting my letter and package stamped. She even sought out the best cost effective way of sending them in time for my granddaughters birthday. Much thanks to her and job well done!

They do it all, easy to get to, a little further out for me, not your average shipping drop off location. The owner lady I presume, was very nice. Not the stops and starts and turn going from point a to b.

Tonight I wanted to get something laminated and called everywhere. Either the machines were broken or no one was there who could use it. I got a call back from Liberty Shipping here in Richmond Hill. The owner fixed her machine on her own so that I could come and laminate the senior poster I made for senior night. She even stayed open late to do it! She's not my friend on Facebook so she'll never see this post, but if you need laminating or shipping or little gifts (there are some cute gifts in her store!!!), I highly recommend them. Such a friendly place willing to go the extra mile!

Tonya, Lauren, Cey are amazing and so helpful! They went above and beyond to help me mail all of my packages and I highly recommend visiting them for all of your shipping needs! Plus they also sell candles and honeys and other packing supplies as well.
