I was referred to Mr. Tom Withers for legal assistance, having been told that he was one of the best. I had been charged with multiple felony charges and required the best possible assistance.

I am submitting this review because I would like to highly recommend Attorney Tom Withers. Attorney Withers represented a dear one in a case resulting in a positive outcome. Prior to my initial contact with him I did some online research to learn more about Attorney Withers. His credentials are quite impressive. As impressive as his credentials was his work in the courtroom. He was brilliant, level-headed, and had done his research in the case which worked in our dear one’s favor. Attorney Withers was very professional with a kind demeanor. He and/or his staff were in constant contact with us, keeping us updated on a regular basis. He also communicated thoroughly without using legal wording that might be confusing to most people. Thomas Withers represented me in a serious criminal matter. I was accused of serious crimes in the state of Georgia, and I was facing life in prison. Before I hired Mr. Withers, I and my family consulted with many lawyers in Georgia, especially the ones who had great reviews on google and on avvo. I was not able to trust any of them. When I went to Mr. Withers' office for consultation, I was really impressed and I decided to hire him. One of the best decisions I made in my life. Thank God the charges finally got dismissed and the case was entered nolle prossed in court. He definitely knows what he is doing. His communication was great. The case took a few years, but he always returned my emails and my calls. Since the day I hired him, he patiently answered all the questions I had until my case was dropped. I have to say, I am someone with trust issues and I don't easily trust lawyers. I was able to trust this man. I am very happy that the charges were dropped, but I will miss Mr. Withers.
