No one never answer the phone nor did they returned my calls.
I renewal my mother's medicaid online before her deadline expired because of shorthand no one renewal her application so now we are waiting on someone to renew her medicaid

Everytime we do a renewal they either close the case or we don’t receive benefits for that month. We always do it a month before it’s due. I did it in September and they were late sending the ebt and October was fine they changed our date without notifying us to the 29th this month and it’s the 29th and we don’t have anything on our card. It’s bad enough they’re only open twice a week and they never answer the phone, but to move our date to after thanksgiving and now we probably won’t have any this month at all😒.

Beginning several monthsago
Have spoken with state .referred back to DFCS wash co. Again no answer , again no return call. In my opinion place is useless . Dont know what their problem is! Fix IT itsomeone

Sent my mom's renewal in and spoke with a Mrs.Sanford it was not completed correctly and now my mama who is on hospice lost her medicaid and when I call they tell me to call the 1-877 number but that number tells me to call them. This is ridiculous

I have called over and over and over. My husband and I are interested in possible fostering children. I have left messages twice and still no reply. Guess they have it covered! I have never in my life see a goverment agency like this.
