I had a simple child support establishment case.
Jeremy Salter played on FACEBOOK while I was being accused of drugs, abuse and neglect!!
I lost my kids because I choose to throw $3000 out the window!!!

Jeremy and his wife Jill are the most unprofessional attorneys I’ve ever encountered. After retaining Jeremy on the recommendation of a mutual friend I found out quickly he wasn’t much of a lawyer.
He approached me at our mutual friend’s birthday party where Jill made me very uncomfortable by commenting on my appearance.
After months of requesting an itemized bill with no response, I finally received one in which he billed me for 3 hours of his time for saying hello to me at our friend’s birthday party. THATS just one example of the frivolous items he billed for.
The manor in which he bills is very unprofessional.
I asked for a review with the office manager and was told no.
He is incompetent and I would not recommend him for anything. Beware of speaking to him in public because you will definitely be billed for it.
Salter Law firm is a disgrace to the legal profession.
Out of respect for my friend, I’m not attaching the invoice. Just know his billing practices are fraudulent and his staff is incompetent.
Don’t waste your time or money!

Must say that Mr Salter so far is doing the best for me, I have some real issues and Mr.Salter is doing the best .Course I just hire him and I am really thankful that he let me pay something down until i get the rest of the money without me knowing he is already going forward with me. I know that he is working on my behalf and if he can help me trust me I know he can help you. I will be letting you all know the rest of my out come with my lawyer and Please understand this, it is prayer that moves a person So let Mr,Salter be the best lawyer who he is and pray for him that God will use him in your situation.So far I am very please with Mr.Salter

Terrible communication. Everything was done last minute. We found out on Friday at 4:30pm that we had to be in court on Monday at 8am. When he had the court date for weeks just didn’t tell us. He was late to court more than once with no heads up. When we asked for advice or help in some decisions we had to make he gave zero advice and left the ball totally in our court which we don’t know anything about the legal system so we were blindly going through everything. Even in court he didn’t prepare before hand and ask names of witnesses or anything. He even called me by the wrong name in court. The whole experience was just terrible. Anytime we would call, it was talking to the secretary and then she would have to get back to us at some point with an answer. The whole experience was very frustrating and very unprofessional. When you’re dealing with someone’s life you don’t mess around. It was like he didn’t take anything seriously.
