I went to vitality counseling a couple of years ago but had to stop because I couldn't afford it because they didn't take medicare. I was told at the time it was because Georgia law is that you have to have a social worker on staff to take medicare. They now have a social worker on staff. I called to make an appointment and was told they still don't take medicare because they choose not to! That's their right but I feel like they were untruthful! Just my opinion but be aware of untruths!

Melanie is the best! I've been seeing her for over a year and even transferred from a different office to keep having sessions with her. She is kind, understanding, and is an amazing listener. I've had a hard time finding a good therapist in the past, but she has made me enjoy and actually benefit from therapy again.

If I could post a review and leave ZERO stars I would. I have requested to get a copy of my son's records over 8 weeks ago. The owner, Reagan Powell, refuses to call me back, the office staff refuse to answer my phone calls. I literally waited in the office to speak to the owner for over an hour and she never spoke to me, nor have they provided me my son's records!

I have been going to Vitality and seeing Abby Smith. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. She is wonderful! I am so thankful to have found her. Everyone is very polite and welcoming

My teen goes here so that he can have someone outside of the family, a male mentor, as he goes through his transition into a teenager. Sometimes young men need to be taught skills to manage their emotions and retrain their thought patterns than govern their choices. Those skills have to be taught. Justin Trifon is excellent with my teen. We are seeing results at home with our sons decision making skills and his overall respect for us as parents.
