DFCS here at this location is to my knowledge a Great Establishment for the people in need for family help, Food Stamps, Medicaid, Etc. The staff who work here do their very best to help you with what knowledge that they have to accommodate your personal needs to help make families better with financial help that's just right around the corner. They are always greeting me with a Family Friendly Smile. I feel very comfortable and safe and with a great feeling knowing there's Security on the premises just right at the door when you walk in. He has a very serious attitude and means business when you come through those doors. So don't rub him the wrong way and have mature respect when you visit here for your family financial needs. 😁🙏

HOW CAN YOU EVEN DO ANYTHING IF YOU CANT CONTACT ANYONE? no phone number works even the ‘contact us’ 877 number.. How do you help families at all of you can’t communicate with them And his forbid you ask for a direct number or line to ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE.

Troup County DFACS is truly an embarrassment to our community and needs to be held accountable for its corruption and abuse of power. It’s led by an incompetent man hater, Susan Webb, and has a turnover rate of case workers that leads the state. Literally, every upstanding employee they hire flees as soon as they witness Susan Webb and her team’s corruption. So, our county is left with the bottom of the barrel for case managers like Sheila Scales. She is a monster that will go to any lengths to avoid accountability even if it means hurting children and their families.
Fortunately, their time has come and an investigation will be active directly. It’s time for these low lifes to get what they deserve.

The staff was very friendly today there was no people there. I noticed there was a Guard there.social distancing of the seating mask on and the window where you get and give the information back to the staff. All questions answered very professional as I left they I said thank you they said have a good day.

Hard to get a person to talk to. Case worker NEVER answers and ALWAYS has a full voicemail. Will wait until the absolute last day to process your paperwork be prepared to have a loss or delay in benefits
