Won't answer the phone and isn't open during posted hours. Been waiting on a medicaid application for 2 months and haven't even been assigned a caseworker yet, and can't get essential medicine. These people toy with lives.

Very rude staff. They dont care if they get your paperwork done on time for your review. Just give you tons of excuses why they are still working on the review

If i didnt have to give at least1 start i wouldn't. Always a problem getting someone on the phone and not very helpful. The girl at the desk.... Very disrespectful.
