I have made two attempts to reach the office in Hiawassee Ga. Both times I stopped by during the day, it is locked and the lights are off during normal office hours. I had questions and wanted to pick up forms. Calling the office on the number listed on the door gives a rather lengthy message telling the local office hours. I have to assume it is rather lax office to reach and online services are more reliable. It is disappointing to try to contact a local State office that clearly does not actually have any employees for the public office during normal business hours. Save costs by simply closing the office! For real help, use the internet.

The Google listing and phone number for the Towns County Division of Family and Children Services actually contacts the Hall County FCS office not the Hiawassee office. Not sure how to contact the Towns county office...
