Ms. Robinson and her staff were professional, courteous, punctual ,informative ,knowledgeable, quite capable, and on top of every situation that occurred. Now, I can sleep well with peaceful mind. I was very upset when I got speeding ticket and I was worry about the points that will affect to my insurance.
I walked in to The law office of Roberta without appointment and staff lady was very kindly explained well and gave me choice what I can do.
I choose to hire Miss Roberta and I m very happy how she took care of my case and I m satisfied about final result.

Do NOT waste your time with this Attorney or her staff. My sister and I needed legal services which her assistant, Skye, said they could provide on November 22, 2024. She informed us she would reach out to us before the Thanksgiving holiday, which she did not. Today, on December 3rd, having not heard anything from this office, I found out through calling her office and speaking to an assistant, Ms. Robinson decided my case would exceed the benefit received by us, WITHOUT ever speaking to us directly. I understand if she couldn’t handle this case or decided she didn’t want to, either way, the CLIENT is owed the respect of informing them of such and why especially after paying a consultation fee and NEVER consulting with an actual lawyer. We only spoke to a paralegal for 15 minutes. Our money was refunded, but this is very POOR business practice. *Buyer Beware*

I’m not your “dear,” but regarding the aforementioned matter, YOU never took the time to speak with me (us) about our case to decipher the validity, value or anything else. Your office staff, Lia, said she and your paralegal “speak for you” even though they are not attorneys and shouldn’t be giving legal advice, furthermore, I move on this mantra.. “any inconsistency shown at the beginning of any endeavor is a sign of things to come.” I was told you looked at our case “in depth” even though we only spoke to Skye for 15 minutes and never went into any minutia about the case for you to analyze. We can end this here, unless you want to continue this review?

Continued Review: I have nothing but time to keep this thread going… whomever this so-called client relations team is (probably your office staff) needs to stop here, reflect on the fact that NO follow through was done and APOLOGIZE for that misstep instead of making excuses for it. If any attorney charges a consultation fee (even if refunded) I expect to have spoken to said attorney, which I never did. Once again, Ms. Robinson could not have taken any deep dive into this matter because there were no real details given during our brief encounter with her paralegal. Furthermore, Ms. Robinson doesn’t have the right to decide my financial benefit, even if it’s zero, that’s my call. She does, however, have the right to refuse my case, and thank GOD she did. Her practice of communicating legal analysis through office staff may need to be reviewed by the Georgia State Bar’s code of ethical standards.

To say that they are unbelievably amazing people would be a huge understatement. They are INCREDIBLE!! Mrs. Robinson is an extremely talented attorney with a heart of gold to match! From the moment I contacted her office, the support I received is unmatched by any other place I’ve ever experienced. From the pleasant way that they answer the phone every single time you call (no matter how many times you call) lol you will speak to a law firm who is very caring, kind, and compassionate. They are friendly and warm and confident in their work. It is just not often that you come across a person who has got your back.. but a team who has your back - that is Mrs. Robinson and her office! I was facing an eviction and she took my case pro bono .. AND got the eviction dismissed!! She is like hope or a rainbow or a diamond if you prefer something tangible - right in front of your face. I just wanted to say how much I truly appreciate Ms. Robinson for everything she and her paralegals did for my son and I. I really feel like they truly cared about the outcome of my son's personal injury case, even after the case was settled Ms. Robinson and her team stood by my side and saw me through every step, even when I would start to panic and felt like giving up she wouldn't let me, she encouraged me, motivated me when I was at my lowest. She remained calm and took care of what I could not.
