My dear friend lost $5,000 in 2017 and also lost her freedom because of this scamming attorney. She uses medical excuses for her missing court. And told my friend lie after lie. She is a criminal with a law degree that needs to be held accountable for her criminal behavior. Make sure if you know anyone thinking about hiring an attorney to not hire Karen Pass

Karen Pass is the worst attorney around. Me and my family paid her almost $3000 dollars. The first conversation she will bamboozle you into thinking she knows all these people and she will make things happen. She didn't explain the process just what she can do. After, she gets your payment she becomes rude and unresponsive. We paid her $2500 up front, the next payment of $400 was due on the 4th of July. It slipped my sister's mind because of the holiday. She was so rude and nasty to my sister because she forgot to send it even stating she wasn't going to see my brother until she received payment. When in fact she should have seen him after the initial payment. She still never went to see him or talked to him after we paid her. She got an account of what happened from us but she never talked to him personally to get a first hand account of the story. She waited until the last minute to try and visit and there was always an excuse why she didn't see him. She had almost a month to visit him before his hearing. Nevertheless, she appeared at his bond hearing, which turned out to be a joke. She represented him from the car. She never filed anything but an entry of appearance. She had documents she was trying to show over her camera phone, so unprofessional. I could have represented him better than her. She never looked at any of the evidence and kept repeating the same thing about his medical history which the judge was not trying to hear. She had no rebuttal for the DA's claims against him because she didn't review the case or evidence before the hearing. I honestly wish we kept the public defender he did a better job defending my brother. It was sad and waste of money. She is playing with people's freedom. We didn't expect her to move mountains, we know the judge has the final say but she did not even defend him. She didn't call us after the hearing to explain what happened or anything. We hired a new attorney after initial payment he went to see my brother immediately and he stated she did a horrible job representing him. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Money was never the issue. We paid you $2500 the same day we spoke with you why would it be an issue to pay $400. My sister was never rude you were. Can you give us an invoice that shows the hours you worked this case. Thank GOD!! we didn't give you the full amount because you didn't deserve the $2900. As an attorney you have time to fact check a post instead of working on your cases. I did not fabricate one sentence in my review I definitely wouldn't lie on anyone else. I wish we could pull the hearing but as you should know as an attorney those recordings are not for the public. It's factual you were sitting in a car and showing documents over your camera phone that weren't legible. Now what can be checked is filings on his case and the only thing you filed was an EOA! You have several reviews that express the same concern as me. Everybody can't be telling untruths about you. Do better KAREN!!!!!

Everyone who have issues with her including her services should file a complaint with the association bar against her cause that’s the route that I’m going to after she took my money also nothing never been done keep giving false promises. The audacity of this lady talking about if I was an actual client you know I was stop play dumb I got the receipt do you want me to launched it here I mean pictures, conversation and all and you been dismissive all the time and have your daughter and your assistant taking your battle.

I hired her from my case in 2021. I never heard from her after she took my money. I called her when I got a court date she never showed up my case got rescheduled four times, and she never showed The judge was even aggravated with me because my attorney was never there, I asked for my money back because she didn’t do anything. She said no I would not recommend her. I will give her -5 stars please read the review. before hiring her.

I hired Karen and am pretty satisfied with how she handled my case. Her staff is friendly and made sure that me and Karen were on the same page through the whole process. My case was in Clayton county, which she has a good reputation in, and I could've easily gotten jail time but she got me probation instead. I would recommend her and would use her services again. Hopefully I won't need it though

Tried to contact Karen and spoke to Kassidy who I’m assuming is her daughter. No more than 5 word and Kassidy exposed a nasty attitude and told me I can’t get by her to speak to Karen. I told her that for her to talk like that I’m surprised no one has beat her up! Disrespectful and tried to speak as if I’m a child or beneath her and for no reason! I would never recommend Karen or her services! Stay away!
