I paid her in June to modify my custody agreement but she haven't done anything I with my case. I can't even get someone on the phone to discuss my case. At this point I just want a refund because she's not helping me.

Update: It's now January 2025 and still no update on my case. No communication from Casey Tuggle. I emailed her a formal request to return my money but no acknowledged of my email. I've filed a complaint with the GA Bar association hopefully this can be resolved soon but never wished for it to get to this point. I'm completely stressed.

She got our hopes up thinking we could go for full custody when all we wanted was some sort of visitation rights! We told her exactly how it would go and why we were pressing that she show ALL evidence we provided her with to the judge but she insisted on doing it her way. We were told that an agreement had been made BEFORE LEAVING the courthouse only to find out later that the other parent was never REQUIRED to sign and agree to anything. We wasted time and SO MUCH money. Still have not seen the kids almost a year and a half later.
