It takes a great attorney to get you great results!! My attorney Leif Howard is just that…a great attorney! He’s the best at what he does and passionate about the law. Leif was recommended to me by a family friend and it has definitely been the best decision and investment I’ve ever made. I was originally assigned a public defender whom I thought was working in my best interest until he advised the best offer he could get from the ADA was 6 months in jail. I thought to myself, this can’t be the best. After speaking with family and gathering my finances, I reached out to Lief. Only two court appearances and my charges were reduced to no jail time and only 1 year probation! GOD is Amazing!!! Lief saved my life and my career! I can’t thank him enough!

Update: When I was faced with a probation violation offense that resulted in needing legal help Lief took immediate action working tirelessly to advance the timeline that resulted in minimizing the courts actions against me. Thanks to his finesse and expertise the prosecution allowed me to resume the terms of my probation as is which was a HUGE deal considering how strict Cherokee county courts are. Without his help I would have been royal screwed for a small misunderstanding that turned into a huge issue that would have very negatively impacted my life.

If you need great lawyers that care, hire them! They worked their a*ses off for me from start to finish, over the course of a year. I was charged with 3 counts of ag assault, 2 counts of ag battery, false imprisonment and kidnapping with bodily harm. They took me from facing life in prison to charges dropped by caring and actually looking at the evidence to fully understand the case. I was falsely accused of all the above and they went above and beyond to prove it. They never tried to get me to take a deal. James & Leif Howard fought for me as if I were family. Leif Howard has an impeccable reputation as a state prosecutor and federal defense attorney. My future was looking really bleak. I was facing 3 years federal imprisonment for conspiracy, but due to his expertise I was granted 3 years probation instead. He is an amazing attorney.
