They did our closing on our home and now we have an issue with the taxes on the property that will increase our house payment substantially, and I’ve been waiting going-on two weeks now to receive a reply about this issue and the person answering the phone has told me three times she’d send emails to the appropriate person, but I’m not being contacted in response. There’s no explanation or apology for the lack of reply either. I would recommend choosing a different establishment if given the option.

ETA: The issue is not that they are to blame for the taxes problem, but that I was told to find out what the discrepancy is and get some information from Hawes law firm, and no one will get in touch. (However, it should be noted that at 9pm, the person who I’m waiting to hear a reply from responded to my review).
