Only experienced their service as the buyer for their client during home buying. They did the paperwork well enough but I did not enjoy closing a property with them. They rushed our signing and they attempted to be "funny" during the process. They assumed I wasn't going to read the documents and I felt that they were giving me the impression they had other clients lined up assuming we were going to literally sign everything in 5 minutes. They rushed us to do this within 20 minutes which is unacceptable with such a large purchase and they didn't even help with the wire transfer to their client. I surprised them that I read and asked questions on things they skipped during the signing. Felt shady, however nothing appears wrong in the end so I'll give them that.

I put a review out about an hour or two ago . Because I felt I wasn't getting the help I needed. To make the t property tax situation right from my closing date in September 2023. I give them a 1 star. Then I deleted it a moment ago. Because Mr. Fricks called me and made it right. More than right. So I would like to say thank you again, Mr. Fricks. I am more than satisfied. I would love and look forward to doing business with again. Thanks 😊😊

Used this Law Firm for closing on a home, the lawyer was casually dressed in jeans which doesn’t seem appropriate for a law firm. However, she did walk us through all the paperwork in between her speaking with selling agent about her personal life. Could definitely use a little more respect to seller who has coordinated the closing.

She was responsive to our answers, but too casual for a law firm. We expected something more formal since we are making such a substantial purchase and used this firm to process the paperwork.

They also seemed to rush us through, we expected to celebrate with pictures of us signing documents and expressing our gratitude. The lawyer just walked out the room when she was completed and left us confused.

Would not recommend this firm to anyone. However use at your own risk!
