I couldn’t even get word out about my case that he claimed he found online as his response when he called me but i did record his nasty behavior. This has no proper way of speaking to civilians who are in need significant need of emergency help no patience no professionalism is here people please look straight pass this 2.0 rated attorney I now see why he is rated so low his choice of words and attitude was very disturbing.

Tom Ford is a sad excuse for an attorney. He will not represent you well he will come in at a low price and then raise the amount that he’s looking for. He will show up late to travel. He will not have all of your evidence to prove that you are not guilty, he’ll try to convince you to play out to save him time so that he does not have to do a lot of work, but he looks for a hefty payday. He’s a scammer. Do not trust this man save yourself the hassle and find you another attorney you will be let down by this individual.

Thank you Mr Ford. I was wrongfully arrested on a peeing in public, trespassing, and hindering a cop in Cobb county. Sense when do you try and force charges on people in which they didn’t commit in order to force someone to show you your i.d. all because an officer assume you will have a warrant. Didn’t give no id because I committed no crime still had my 4th amendment violated in which when arrested checked if I had warrants didn’t put me in jail for doing nothing but trying to stay away from kids because I’m a chain smoker in which the owner of the store gave me permission to be there. Single dad knew no numbers to call to get bailed out thanks to my son’s friend mom calling and bailing me out when she didn’t even know me that well my son was almost out on his own at 13. Thought I would get justice through the system and out on my own recon however judge Diana saw the paperwork and said I should’ve complied. When I saw that I knew I was going to have to do a jury trail and put my life in the citizens and a lawyer hands. Talked to a solicitor and got nowhere right is right and wrong is wrong. My lawyer Mr. Ford represented me on this case he was talking down the charges however I told him I’m not pleading guilty to something I know I didn’t do you can’t take a regular citizen off the street because of assumptions. Wanted to do jury trail so I can be heard however after many appearances from Mr. ford he got it dismissed after I gave them 20 hrs of community service.

This lawyer's incompetence is truly appalling. Despite my friend's clean record and desperate pleas for a bond hearing to sort out his affairs and fight his case, this lawyer continuously deceived our family, failing to even attempt to secure a bond hearing. It was a clear violation of my friend's rights and a disrespectful display throughout the entire process. Instead, he advised us to pursue a speedy trial, which ultimately worked against my friend, cutting off any chance for negotiations or a plea. To make matters worse, this lawyer wasn't even prepared for trial and attempted to halt proceedings at the final plea, just two days before. This lawyer's negligence and lack of readiness resulted in my friend being sent to prison with a life sentence within a mere five months, an unimaginable outcome for a murder case. Stay away from this lawyer at all costs, as he has the power to ruin lives

I retained this lawyer after he answered an advertisement that I needed one. Got all the money paid and then when the court notice arrived I immediately informed him of the date. I also followed up with him and sent messages reminding him of the date. HE DID NOT SHOW UP!!! I contacted him and he lied and said he didn't know and was in court elsewhere and he was sorry.... HE STILL KEPT MY CASH! HE IS REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. I did have a conversation with him where he insulted me over and over and over then said his time is money and was going to refund me half of the retainer. He has not even done this. BEWARE OF THIS SHYSTER!!!! DO NOT EVER TRUST HIM!
