Teasley Law Group, LLC is a phenomenal team! A family member was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. She and her partner have been together for OVER 30 years but unmarried. They both decided they wanted to get married, unfortunately, the bride is being hospitalized and unable to leave. The team at Teasley Law Group, LLC helped with compiling, coordinating and providing the required paperwork. They even offered to provide the justice of the peace. If I could give Teasley Law Group 10 stars I definitely would! They were so easy to work with, very responsive and gave me the peace of mind I needed. My 18 year old daughter got a super speeder ticket and was facing 4 pts on her license, losing her license for 6 months and a hefty fine. All I had to do is send over her ticket, fill out a simple form and they took care of everything for me at a great price. As disheartening as it is to write this review it is necessary to share my narrative in an attempt any other individual from having the same experience. Since May 29th of 2020 I have worked with the law group of Monica Teasley in an attempt to resolve tickets . Though one ticket was dismissed in 2021, communication has been stagnant, and I have been unable to receive progress since then. After consulting with another attorney, I was able to find out that the only thing that was ever filed in court/or communication from the legal team was the I was represented by counsel— and nothing since. The new attorney gave me guidance, and suggested I contact the courthouse personally to see if I could get the situation resolved. The Fulton County Courthouse confirmed that there had not been any communication from counsel, and that there had not been any work completed on my case. I was able to speak to the solicitor myself, and she referred me to others to get the cased prioritized— By the grace of God it was dismissed that day. For years I have received “We are working on it, and it will be soon” from this law group — nothing concrete . I messaged them after I got the situation resolved, to humor myself to see if they would give me the same response— knowing I, myself got the situation resolved. Sure enough, they responded that they were working on it and would be in touch. It was disheartening to see their lack of integrity, but it was insulting that they then took credit for something they did not do, and had the unmitigated gall to ask for a positive review. I am grateful to God that angels were aligned to support me; however I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this office.

Initially I had a relatively good experience with this law firm. I hired them to help with an issue I was having with a landscaping company that was trying to take me to small claims court. I found them through my employee assistance program's legal referral service. When I initially had the consultation and spoke with the lawyer, I was told that for this issue it would be a flat rate of $450 to send letters back and forth until they come up with a settlement agreement to avoid going to small claims court. It wouldn't matter how many letters, it would be a flat rate of $450. OK. Cool. I agreed. I paid the $450, I ask if everything's resolved when I drop off the settlement cashier's check, they said there's nothing more, I breathe a sigh of relief and carry on.

Six Months Later, almost to the day (March 14th- Sept 11th): We need an additional $200 because you never paid the fee for drafting the settlement agreement. I was never told about the fee. I was never asked to pay the fee, nor was I told that the letters would be $450 but the settlement will be an additional $200. This is totally out of nowhere, and I think any reasonable person would be surprised/upset about this fee coming out of nowhere. If you forgot or if your employee failed to bill me, that should be written up as a cost of operations after this amount of time, not charged to me almost six months after I thought it was resolved.

I told the reception maybe a sentence of whats going on with my situation and she pretty much told me i had to pay 250 to discuss it any further, because it "SOUNDS" like something the attorney can help with.
The website states "TRUST OUR EXPERIENCED TEAM WITH YOUR ISSUE. CONTACT US FOR A FREE 15 MINUTE EVALUATION."
But when you inquire they say it's only for referred clients. NOT clients who's are actually taking a chance on them because they weren't referred by a trusted source.
The reception refuse to understand the audacity of requesting 250 dollars when she didn't even place me on a 2 min hold to advise the attorney of my situation or even suggest giving me a call back when she knows for sure they can help.
In all honestly it came off as money hungry. It just gave me fast talking, slick mouth vibes.
Wish that could've been different, was interested in working with a sister!
