I had a terrific experience with Bill Swank. I came into his office back in Jan 2023 after informing him of being hit by a car as a pedestrian while trying to cross over a crosswalk. He explained the process and went to work! 19 months later, Bill and his team had recouped money from the insurance company (lady who had hit me) and the Uninsured Motorist part of my insurance.
