Been represented by this firm through some stressful times and there’s no one else I would ever use, although I’m determined not to have to have a need for their services. Ben McGowen is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with or heard about. He genuinely cares about his clients and works hard to get the best outcome possible. My family and I, do appreciate him and everything he did for me. And everyone that works for this firm always made me feel that I wasn’t just another client,even though I was. Mr. Ben McGowan is a compassionate and effective lawyer. During my initial meeting with him, my impression was that he is an extremely good listener and that he cared. Now 6 months later after the conclusion of legal situation I would vouch that he is a good person AND kicks-a** at his profession. These guys are amazing! The attorneys at Summers, Rufolo, and Rodgers are extremely receptive, they care, and most importantly they are effective. Mr. McGowan listened to my situation and responded professionally and concisely - he responded clearly and helped me understand all my options without being long-winded or giving me unnecessary anecdotes and information. Further, I began receiving correspondence from him immediately after he agreed to take up my case and it was clear that he was doing everything in his power to work on my behalf. It was clear that he was sympathetic with my situation and that he was legitimately fighting for me using all the tools available. He also made use of his colleagues and I felt that the resources of the whole firm were behind me. Most importantly the attorneys are top-notch and know the legal system very well. I have nothing but good things to say about Benjamin McGowan. I hope to never need an attorney again but if I do he’s the man for the job. I’ve long suffered with depression and bipolar which led me down the wrong path. I had consulted with a few lawyers and I have to say most of them were money hungry and scared me more than reassured me, as soon as I spoke with him on the phone I knew he was the guy after our consultation I felt even better, Ben is a down to earth straight shooter but also a compassionate person. I was seriously terrified of the possible outcome without him I don’t know I would have made it these past 8 months. Ben went above and beyond my expectations, he does what he says he’s going to do he also put faith in me and helped save me from myself. I really feel as if he’s a one in a million type person…we hit a little speed bump on the way to getting my charges dismissed but, Ben didn’t give up or out. He went to bat for me again and now I can have a fresh start he even expedited my expungement. Thank you so much Mr. McGowan he’s the kinda of lawyer who restores your faith in humanity and all the people at this firm seem very nice.
