Took a child away from a mother whose husband abused her for years. Held a loader gun up to her head with her teenage children present. He was charged, and yet during a custody hearing the clerk interrupted the hearing...even the judge said to leave. Give me a minute and let the lawyer know his charges were dismissed. No one from the DAs office mentioned this to my DAUGHTER. So charges dismissed now she got custody for an abuser and a person who attempted murder....there 6 year old son. This has been going on for almost 5 years and her client would not give up. Here's the funny part he never paid her. No retainer? So today they took my daughter to court and asked for tens of thousands of dollars that he never paid. I'm glad you can live with yourself for taking a son from a mom and giving to an abuser and to have the nerve to ask her to pay for a divorce that should have benn settled by ears backs.
