Not a busy store by any means. You can get in, find what you want and check out quickly. Cashier was very pleasant.

However the bathroom is completely disgusting. There is not one part in the entire restroom that didn't have something wrong or gross and obviously chronically neglected.

Maybe it's good they sell office equipment and not food or otherwise but it's pretty bad.

Basically the product got damaged in the store and they just taped it and put it back on the shelf. These labels are not cheap and now I have two sheets that are useless.

Great place, it seems that new admin took over because everything start looking way better, I found This amazing Steddler Pencils for Art. Those were on sale and a great price better than Amazon or anything online!

Every time I come to this staples the Amazon Return service is down! I’ve visited the store 5 times in the last week and every time it’s conveniently down! They always say well it was working earlier. No, they just don’t want to help you return your items. There is no way it’s down this much and every time I visit it isn’t working.

In this store they don't know what customer service is... I went to the area to print yourself and the system is very complicated and I asked the person who works behind the printers for help and she very shamelessly yelled at me that she couldn't help me because she had a lot of work, it was very unpleasant. In the end, the one who helped me, I think, was the manager, giving me to understand that she was fine and in the end she had no choice but to help me... It was a very bad impression and it's sad that they don't have empathy with their customers. I will never return.

Staples is always nice place to buy the office items. We bought a few computers (one desktop and two laptops) and we bought a couple of the printers as well. I like the workers there, they are always helpful.

Most of my experiences here have been great. This one not so much. I needed something done at the print shop and the young lady basically said "I'm leaving in 5 minutes, there's the computer, and you can do it yourself." Lol. I'm out. Headed to Thunderbolt.
