I rarely write a bad review but my experience today leaves me speechless. I am looking to buy a dental practice and have met with Amanda Fowler twice now. The first meeting was for an established practice and, when my husband and I arrived, Amanda and the Southeast team had set up simultaneous showings with another buyer. As a result, we were only able to talk with one of the sellers since the other seller had to show the other buyers around. This was off-putting considering how important it is to get to know both sellers. It also felt like a sales tactic to have both interested buyers there at the same time to create a sense of urgency and demand. We submitted a full-price offer and never heard back from Amanda regarding the status. A week after our offer expired, I had to reach out to get an update. As far as my experience today, we met with Amanda regarding another opportunity. She was relaying generic data that she had read articles about and my husband and I did not agree based on our experience. She then replied to my husband, "Well then, you must know-it-all" in a very condescending tone. The remark was uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I called the owner of Southeast Transitions and left a voicemail wanting to discuss my experience today and he has yet to return my call. The level of professionalism, respect and honesty provided by Southeast Transitions thus far has been completely lacking.
