Absolute excellent visit today!! They called for 9AM appointment at 9:10am. The agent was was extremely informative, respectful, courteous and friendly. She was able to provide clear guidance and direction on our problem as well as answering additional questions regarding SSI/Medicare.

First I need to apologize for posting this so late!!
My husband was preparing to enroll on all of his Medicare stuff and social security put us with the most wonderful person in the Toccoa office. She works here at Toccoa and her husband works in Gainesville office.
I remember she had a fun name and I said I would not forget it but I did. Anyway, she gave us such peace of mind, was so on top of all of our concerns and needs.
