Once the retaininer fee is paid, it seems you aren't given much in priority or time to have council with the attorney,even if you go weeks without contacting their office. My access to come into her office and speak with the attorney has been limited to a call back or an email when she makes the time.

Mr hannon poor communication, I would call and leave messages to call me back to get update on divorce case, he never reached back out. He also agreed to get everything for divorce squared away for preset amount (which I paid in full) to include final court hearing, week before final hearing demanded additional money, questioned him on it via email because he said it was included, never responded back to my email didn’t inform me of my court date and thanks to him I missed it... he’s a real piece of work. Watch out for the last minute money demands, don’t question him on what was previously agreed to cause he will screw you!
But other than that he was fine.
