The beginning was a mystery but Servpro of Gainesville helped my family and home recovery from serious water damage. It started with Stanton. He came to my home to investigate the issue, the next morning he was on the phone with my insurance company. My insurance company gave them the approval without an estimate. The work was started that afternoon. I trusted the crew Stanton sent to my home because they treated me and my home with respect. My new quartz countertops had to be removed - they handle everything with care. They sub-contracted professionals to handle items that would be coming back into my home or that was beyond their scope of work. My hardwood bambo flooring was a huge talks but the got it done to treat the affected area.
They teamwork of the grow was excellent, from containing the affected areas to removing all damaged goods. Stanton Logan, Anthony, Robert and Allen thank you!!

ServPro was so amazing when my pipe bursted last week. The woman that answered the phone was very pleasant and all the guys that came to my house were a LIFE SAVER! This was my first time dealing with a pipe that bursted, so it was nice to have such knowledgable people help me through the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

I regret contacting ServPro. The contractors they hire are hit or miss.

Contractors were not always ready to work on the day of the appointment. One time they came to look at the area that needed the flooring, but were not prepared to start the work. The next issue was after making an appointment to install the flooring, the contractor said it was no longer available from Home Depot. I had to provide the link to the webpage showing it was available.

When they finally got the flooring, I was not pleased to learn I had to move all of my furniture and items out of the room because even though there was absolutely nothing wrong the existing, undamaged flooring, they insisted on pulling it up. This was a great waste of money and time. Other than laziness about not wanting to cut the laminate planks, there was no reason for needing to remove undamaged flooring that matched the new flooring. I’m also not convinced that they used all of the flooring that was purchased.

Stair tread is not up to code. I have to turn my feet sideways when walking down the stairs. Unsightly nail gun holes. The stairs did not look clean after installation. I wasn’t asked about the Ethernet cable. The contractor chose to bury a few feet of Ethernet cable under stairs but left the rest hanging over the wall. Baseboards in closet were not replaced.

A ServPro project manager called me a few months ago wanting to wrap the project up. At that time, I explained everything that was not right. He asked me how much I thought the incomplete work was. I said I didn’t know , but could provide pictures. He said he would send me his email address so that I can send pictures. I’m still waiting on that email address.

This work started over the summer. No one has been respectful of my time. When we agree on a date and time honor it. When I reached out to the contractor asking when he would be completing the work, he didn’t respond to my message. Months later, the work is not complete.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would give zero stars if I could. I contacted Servpro back on November 25th 2022. My father who is elderly and recently diagnosed with ALS drove his car into the brick carport. I contacted Servpro with hopes that they would be prompt with the repair. Here it is now December the 28th a month later and I still don't have a time frame scheduled for them to fix it. Due to the inclement weather and the hole in the carport leading to the laundry room was affected because of the exposed area. The pipes froze which caused water damage. I reached out to the account manager on multiple occasions only to be told they should have something for me next week which eventually ended up being the following week and never had anything scheduled. They eventually told me they had trouble finding someone that would do brick. I still haven't heard anything about getting it scheduled and ended up canceling the service and finding someone local who can come out tomorrow I am so disappointed with this experience. They did not care about my father's well being and I continuously expressed the importance of getting it fixed as to not create additional problems he could have fallen over the brick or worse and now I have to additionally find a plumber this could have been avoided if they said they couldn't do the job to begin with and now I'm back to square one. I do not recommend using this company!

I will make sure I never use your company again and that I will never refer anyone to you as well. Bad business practices bad communication and overall basically do not care about your needs. BAD COMPANY
