I just recently used Scott Tolbert as my attorney for the BUI (boating while under the influence) that I was charged with last summer. I was facing 12 days in jail, 20 days of house arrest, probation, and a list of other things. After going through court and using Scott as my lawyer, I thankfully received only probation and community service with an alcohol/drug evaluation. I highly recommend using Scott for any of the issues you are going through with court. He will not disappoint!!! I have used him twice in the last 10 years and will use him again if need be.
