Scot was amazing. I was rear ended a year ago and had no idea what to do. Scot took care of everything. Any time I needed to speak with him, I knew my calls and emails would be answered in a timely manner. His staff are the sweetest and most amazing people I've ever met. It was always a treat whenever Shannon would call me about something. I love how she always had a lot to say and kept me in the loop with everything going on. The office always smells amazing and I love the way it's decorated. Very professional yet warm and inviting. Every time I came in for a visit I was always offered something to drink and rarely had to wait longer than ten minutes to see whoever I came to see.It was amazing how ever since my first visit with him, they all knew my name. I can't express how amazing it is to walk in and they immediately know your name. It lets you know you're more to them than just a case number. Once I completely forgot a meeting and they called me. I rushed over and they still squeezed me in instead of making me reschedule my appointment. Scot took his time making sure I got everything I deserved instead of trying to hurry up my case by settling for a lower number. A lot of lawyers out there try to get as many cases as possible with a fast turn around rate. Scot isn't one of those. He'll go for as long as he needs to make sure you're compensated fairly. Basically if you're looking for someone with an amazing team that will care about you and fight for you like they would family, look no further. I pray I'll never need him again but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call him to represent me again.
