Caroline Roney has been working with me on my case for a couple of months now, which I was refer to her by my Med Life plan from my employer. I would always have to contact her about my case. I spoke with her on Monday March 24th,2025. She state on Wednesday the 26th she would reach out to go over the next steps. On Thursday the 27th, I called the number it was disconnected. I couldn't believe this was happening. I called Med Life to explain what just happened, they stated she is no longer working for the company I work for. No explanation No anything!!!
