I highly recommend Rodriguez Immigration! They handled my wife and stepson’s entire process for becoming legal immigrants, and everything was smooth and very quick and we are completely done in 6 months! They are both very helpful with providing the best information you need, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the immigration process. Not a good experience, we had an appointment at 11 they decided to let us know as soon as we walked in the lawyer was going to be 35 min late and not only that that he still had to see another person in front of us, i understand that things happen but they did not even had the decency to call us ahead of time and let us know instead they waited for us to arrive on time. If you are willing to charge a customer for an appointment then be professional. Glad i found out as soon as i walked in how this practice works before i did anything. Also i would recommend to train receptionist for better customer service

I would say if you absolutely need a lawyer give them a try since there are no many options around. But if possible just do the process on your own because is exactly what happen to me. I have to review several times what was going to be sent for my case catching misspellings, date errors by the secretary-law practitioner. I did not hear or saw the main lawyer but at the beginning of the process and the end. I was checking on them about my notifications at the INS site…. Than hearing about the process from Linos. If I knew that INS walks you through the process on your own I would have saved the money paid. Honestly!
