Came in today to get a caregiver pass, which is actually called a "designated Agent" pass. I was not aware of that, nor did I get the impression that the staff were very clear as to what it was. However, the young man who came out of the back office ( medium height, light brown hair) was extremely helpful, sent us to the " DEER" office and that office knew exactly what I was needing, took our information, and forms of ID and processed what we needed in a very timely manner. Then back to the visitors center for our needed ID. I found the process to be quite efficient and the persons who we delt with to be extremely polite and helpful.

I explained to SMALL that my husband and I had driven over two hours and that I have health issues and need my updated ID for my doctor appointments. The other Officer was more than happy to print my new ID since I had my old one. She told him no after he explained that it would only take a few minutes. She was nasty and rude and told me to drive back the next day and use my benefits number. I’ve never been treated like that in over 24 years of getting ID’s. So sad. The visitors office was great. The ID office building 767 was where the lady was beyond rude.

Went to get a caregivers pass staff in visitors center have no clue what that is. Multiple staff air people answering same question at same time are very rude confrontational with big egos to fill all with smart replies have no idea what the process is. They need an in service both for what a care givers pass is and in customer service is. As a military brat I’ve never seen such rude service members in my life. Especially the Caucasian woman who was very mouthy. As a Facility Administrator for years in the public sector if my staff acted as rude as this staff I would fire them all. Interrupting conversations speaking over others yelling across the room at me because she assumed I was leaving thru a locked door when in fact I was getting my 85 year old mother. Then when my remark was see she thinks I’m leaving thru the locked door she hollers EXCUSE ME what a poor example of an Air Force member. The person in charge whoever that was probably the one with Patrick on his uniform was not much better.

Very good experience. You sign in and your name is called. The wait was almost an hour. The member that provided service was courteous and professional. The identification information required is posted on a large illuminated sign outside of the building.

Left a document in my car ( my fault ) the lady at the desk reminded everyone to have it present at time of service sooo I sent my dad to get it ( after waiting 45 min to be called ). They told me I had to re sign in and wait all over even tho he was walking back in. Then she made it clear it was “ on the door “ what I needed . She let another person go to their car tho like I didn’t notice smh. ….. my dad missed his doctor appointment.

People that work here in this building are rude, unorganized, and unreasonable. How easily they forget that our tax dollars pay for their salaries.

Not one individual is allowed to enter even if its to visit family. They do not care about passes etc. If they dont like you they wont let you in. Not allowed to deliver food on base anymore so unless your enlisted and have a job to boot your not allowed back ever. Just trying to doordash to make a living yet now you can't even get permission to step foot on base and I've been ALL over that base for dominoes as well. What changed it used to be go in and get a pass to work now it's just no we're not allowing you and don't care. Crazy how I can go back to dominoes and not get a single pass and go through everytime no I'd no check anything. Shitty people that get handouts from taxpayers. Enjoy the L.

For every time that I visit the A.F.B., it always feels like the first time. Because I discover new exhibits that have been added, along with information about the many men and women that so proudly served our country.
Congratulations Robin's A.F.B. for your 80 years. And more so to all that made it possible. Thank you for your service.
