My wife and I have hired lawyers & law firms in the past for various reasons. When I hired Robert W. Hughes & Associates, I didn't realize I was hiring the best of the best. Robert W. Hughes & Associates went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for; FAR ABOVE.
I live out of state, which made it difficult for me to be present, in person, to take care of my dad's estate. Not only did Robert W. Hughes & Associates handle all of the legal necessities, they also even hired & supervised the clearing out, cleaning up, and junk removal necessary to put my dad's house up for sale.
Even though Mark Stuckey and Kristen Leone handled most of the legal details, Mr. Robert Hughes was always there to answer difficult questions, and put my worries to rest. Worst law firm I've ever encountered. Took my case on for money matters, in order to collect restitution from an auto accident claim and instead they "churned" by file, thus costing me thousands of dollars in their legal fees, while dragging my case out for 4 years, and then ultimately offering the insurance company a "low-ball" amount and literally held my settlement check for well over 7 months until it was no longer valid, then left me with NOTHING! Theses scumbags are still attempting to collect more monies from me. Let's do the math... I've given them about $14k plus, my vehicle repairs were about another $14k in total and they only settled (without my consent) a measly $19k and they're still after me for about $2,800. I had to hire a malpractice attorney in order to acquire my losses. Both Mr. Hughes and Mark Stuckey took full advantage of my case!

DO NOT TRUST ROBERT W HUGHES
I hired Mr Hughes to address a forged Will and two court cases I should have won. Mr Hughes did nothing for six months but take my money and left me naked for a final hearing. Mr Hughes agreed to represent me in depositions and then changed his mind I was sanctioned $5000 for failing to show up which I would have done if Mr Hughes followed through with his agreements. I lost all of my mother's properties because of this situation including the one I grew up on. Do not patronize this attorney he has poor ethics. If you take money from your client you have a fiduciary duty to your client not to participate in a scheme to the detriment of your client. My mother's legacy was totally destroyed, Mr Hughes could have prevented that and he did not.......
