End of life issues, wills, and trusts are never favorite topics to deal with!
Bob and his staff make it as painless as possible. Yet, all the while, they exercise diligence in attending to the seemingly endless details. Every precious soul in our lives is in need of a secure future. Process was good until it came to filling out bank forms. Asked a simple question and they had to ask permission to answer. After spending a good amount of money they wanted to charge more and another consult fee to help with filling out papers. Ridiculous will not recommend knowledge may be great but once they get their money they do not follow through with seeing the process through. Funding instructions is all the give but no help when you ask if paper work is being done correctly. Truly disappointed
