My father passed away in August of 2020 due to a drunk driving accident. Our family chose to file suit against the driver and were given this law office as a recommendation. December of 2023, we were all (my sisters and I) issued releases to sign for the insurance settlement. It is now May of 2024 and nothing has been released. While I understand that things take time, we are often given the run around by Ms. May; Either stating that she will ‘follow up’ or that we are waiting on ‘opposing counsel’. It’s been almost 4 years, since my father’s death and our family still has no real solid answers to what is going on with our case.

I talked to Mr. Survant personaly. He and his assistant Laura agreed to take my case. It was not a big money case, so they took my case on principle which meant alot to ne. Mr. Survant, Laura, and his staff were so kind and helpful to me. I appreciate alk they have done. If you are looking for an attorney don't hesitate call their office!
