I can't say enough great things about this firm! They have worked my social security disability case since 2021 and when I say worked, they worked hard for me. They fought for me! They didn't give up on me. Ann, Bob and Stephanie were amazing every step of the way. Any time I had a question, they answered it. They never left me wondering what was going on. I missed a call from Ann and, upon returning it, was informed that the team doesn't work with Legal Shield clients, and Ann was unaware of the call. After listening to my voicemail, I confirmed Ann's call, but when I mentioned it to the receptionist, she questioned its authenticity, making me uncomfortable. It's disheartening to be treated poorly when seeking assistance from a law firm. Perhaps the receptionist could benefit from phone etiquette training. In my notes, the lawyer mentioned a misunderstanding about my case, but the treatment I received remains concerning, regardless of the nature of my inquiry.

They believe in getting you the help you need and understand that if your hurt no matter what age you are. They are so wonderful and make sure that you know they are working for you.

I had a bad experience with Ms.Patterson & do not recommend.
When I called to make appointment they failed to provide the most important detail I needed to know to proceed with appointment. This only wasted my time.
Ms.Patterson was not professional, her tone was hateful & she offered zero help.

Their morals are wonderful. I was very nervous for my hearing; she said well you wouldn't be human if you weren't. I asked how to answer certain questions; she said very simple. Just tell the truth. We don't deserve to win if we lie. So even though my lawyer believes we won, whether we did or not, I just love the honesty and realness and helpfulness and politeness she showed. They really do care. She gave me a hug after it was over. I'm not sure how their percentage of back pay compares to others, but in my opinion it'd be worth it.
