I’ve had several closings at the Ratchford firm and it’s always a pleasure working with them. Most recently a closing was delayed due to the hurricane. I feel like they work all 24 hours of the day to get everyone’s closings back on track! Can’t go wrong with them!

If I could give negative I would. As a GAL you expect them see through a narcissist and abuser, Lexi Shockley can not do this. After all her “hard” work we have 2 out of 3 kids … way to go really put our 5k to use there didn’t you. I do not recommend Lexi Shockley as a GAL, unless you’re looking for biased opinions and the absolute worse. I must add we have the children because once they hit the age to choose… they chose … funny. I hope you see this Lexi. Nothing wrong with freedom of speech. My freedom is to not in your sane mind ever use her as a GAL.

Very Poor Customer Service, was charged $700 for a 30 minute consultation and 2 emails sent over to him to go over a Commercial RE contract in the Rincon GA area. Will not do business with him again. Im ok with paying the fees, but Im not ok with getting gouged for $700 for 30 min conference call and 2 emails. If I could leave a 0 Star review I would.
