We’ve always been pleased with PostalPlus, and the experience has only improved under the new ownership! Recently, a package we shipped went missing, and it appeared the contents had been stolen at a FedEx facility during transit. PostalPlus went above and beyond, filing a claim with FedEx on our behalf, which allowed us to recover the stolen amount. Exceptional customer service and truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

This place is the worse for international shipping, specifically Jamaica. I shipped a small box back in Oct 2024 to be delivered to my mom at home via DHL. It was a nightmare, and Postal Plus was of no help after the box left their facility. My mom had to pay a taxi, as she is diabetic and don’t do well on public transportation, to go over a 100 miles to be sent from one location to the next to finally get her box yesterday. After I paid over $300 for this box to be delivered to her at home. DO NOT USE POSTAL PLUS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING if you don’t want to go through what my mom went through for the past 4 months when we were told she would get the box within a week.

They did a phenomenal job with my rescue banner and lost dog yard signs, but most importantly they were so kind and welcoming! When they made my lost dog signs they completed them earlier than expected so we could get them out and talked with me about our missing dog.

We love Postal Plus and the staff. We always appreciate great products and customer service, but when a business treats people like they matter and really goes the extra mile to help them…that shows the character of the people running that business. That is a business my family will stand behind and support.

They do beautiful work and they are such kind people! We will continue to use them for business products and personal products! We highly recommend them!
