Paula has been our families attorney of choice for over a decade now and has never not had our best interest on the top of her priority list. Reading the reviews that are anything less than five stars does not describe the amazing attorney that I know and if any client did actually have a bad experience with Paula, it was because they did not do their part. Court cases take time and if your attorney is trying to rush the process then you aren't getting their full attention and Paula is very thorough in what she does. She has worked miracles for me in both criminal and civil cases and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

I retained Paula as my Family Law Attorney in a custody case for my children. Being a Father asking for custody of two small children I knew I was facing an uphill battle. I used Mrs O’Neal for a divorce and to update my will. She was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and very quick to respond. She also treated me with the greatest of respect understanding that this was very difficult for me. Its not always easy to find such professionalism and kindness in the same individual. Mrs. Stewart was professional, understanding, and compassionate during the custody battle for my children. She seemed prepared for any outcome, she always kept me informed, and she gave me honest advice, through professional and personal experience, on the situation of my case. Paula is the best better than all the rest!!! If your not using Paula for your divorce or family matters your already on the losing team. I went for a meeting with her to discuss a garnishment. She said she doesn’t really do bankruptcy, but she thought the garnishment looked fishy and said she would do research and write a letter to the creditor and assist in finding an attorney that I could afford to help me. And charged me 250.00. That was a 15 minute meeting. The next day she called and said “I can’t help you, I have a good attorney for you, you’ll just have to cash in your 401k or liquidate your stock holdings” no letter, no research, that was it. She charged me 250.00 to have some other lawyer call me. And then he wanted to charge me 2200.00. And he got snotty when I explained that I’m a single mom who works in retail and I don’t have a 401k or stocks to liquidate. All in all it was terrible. I would not recommend her at all!! Also terrible at communicating. Never returns calls.

Horrible attorney! She did nothing on my case and caused it to drag out for over a year. She spent all of my retainer and then sent me a bill for more money in order to continue representing me on a civil family matter. I released her after speaking to the GA Bar Association, and hired a new attorney ; He has been appalled with her actions on my case. Go somewhere else...don't end up like me with a loss of over 4k on an attorney who doesn't fullfill her obligation to her clients.
