I received OUTSTANDING service at Office Depot copy center. The employee not only fixed my pagination error, but printed my calendar ON THE SPOT using quality paper recommended by the employee. He then spiral bound the calendar and returned to me a wonderful product. His demeanor was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous at all times. So much better service than the other office supply copy center. Kudos to this valuable staff member!

Printing was quick & easy but the printer threw an error code. It seems I was not the only one with that issue. The store is very understaffed and I waited 10 minutes to be told they don't accept prepaid FedEx shipments with a battery. There was no mention of this anywhere on the website or in reviews. I would have appreciated the heads up.

Just witnessed an employee just be rude to a senior citizen who was also vision impaired. She was very unfamiliar with the copying processed and ask if the young man if he could be off assistance. His answers were rude and abrasive. After almost begging and again explaining that she truly didn’t understand he came from behind the desk and than said “I assist but I can’t hold your hand”…his help was rude and not very customer friendly at all! Who do you employ and are you this desperate that you allow the most vulnerable of our country to be abused? I will report this to corporate because at the minimum you need training in customer service!!

Friendly service. Check online prices before you walk into the store. I purchased 3 items, and 2 of them I had to show the cashier the "online" price from their own website. The third item was not advertised "on sale" in the store, but the sale price came up at the register. Cashier had no problem giving me the online prices after I had mentioned it, and shown it to her on my phone.
