This is a great place & costs are great compared to what you get! Plenty of room for profit if you are a reseller. Kandis is great to work with and offered to send me pictures since I live 1.5 hours away when they get new pallets. So excited that I found them!

My first time coming here and I was told that they no longer do treasure hunts, only by the pallet. The person who told me this was friendly and helped out a lot.

While I didn't get anything, it was nice that staff was able to respectfully inform me about it.

I don't appreciate being treated rudely and disrespectfully because I disagree with the prices.
The previous business shut down because of that. It was a mattress store.
I'll make sure to tell everyone I encounter about this one and to avoid it unless they want to be treated rudely and asked to go on my way.
Not a problem for me, but good luck paying the rent without Customers.

My hysband and I visited for the first time last week. We were promptly greeted at the door and the shopping process was explained very well. Checkout was seemless and they took our purchase out to our car for us. Very courteous staff and very accommodating.
Will be returning soon.

I love this place me and my hubby has been coming to get pallets we have been finding great stuff on them but the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because my hubby came without me and this lady came up and said that he couldn’t put product in the stroller and was rude and asked if he was stealing ( well accused him of stealing ) and if there was an actual baby in the stroller so my hubby showed her that are 10month old was in the stroller and he was so upset because of that he left and we have came many times before with that same stroller and never been accused or stopped while shopping under the suspicion of stealing but other then that one bad encounter we love this place and would
Recommend going to get pallets and shop in there bin. this place is amazing I just wish they wasn’t so quick to accuse someone of stealing, but me and my hubby understand why they are doing that because not everyone is
Trustworthy that enters.

I love the people and staff here. They are very kind and considerate. They are also concerned about people. Me and my mother go there all the time. And when I was going through my cancer treatments. They always asked how I was doing, and if my mom come without me. They are always concerned, I think you all are great. Thank you for making me feel like family Everytime I come there.

Been there about 10 times in the past year and I’ve noticed the past three times that as I’m checking out with three to five bags of items, that the workers pull out all my items even if they are in boxes, the bags that are sealed etc but they aren’t doing that to every guest in front of me or behind me! So what’s up with that? I make sure to have my items neatly organized in the bags to help the process but I feel like I’m being singled out for some reason. I’ve heard workers on previous occasions talk loudly about how they needed to watch people better because they are walking out without paying for items. There’s nothing here that I would consider stealing. Coming here was relaxing something fun to do, but after my last visit, I doubt I’ll be back. If you are going to make one person feel singled out then atleast make everyone feel that way.

Well I agree there are pros and cons to the place as with every business, but one thing you cannot deny is it is a cringe worthy checkout. It's like they would rather be anywhere else than there at the the checkout. Even if I smile and try to make polite conversation to ease the tension it seems to fall on deaf ears and is met with a very unenthusiastic acknowledgement. You can feel the negatively it's crazy. But for some of the stuff I have got I saved a good bit so honestly I would rather pay for my stuff and feel good about my wallet while dealing with an uncomfortable checkout than be overcharged elsewhere with a smile lol.
