The best Organization in the Roswell/Alpharetta/Johns Creek area. I’ve been utilizing their services for decades….initially the thrift store and occasionally other resources. If it weren’t for their support, I don’t know what would have happened to my family. Thank you soooo much!

Badly organized and mostly selling junk. LOUD, constant music and super busy. Most employees are nice but will not go back

The prices here are outrageous. A sofa they got for free priced at $700. I’m struggling financially and went there to find things I can afford. I thought a local charity shop wouldn’t price gouge like goodwill does. Just goes to show that charity doesn’t exist anymore, it’s all about making money. Update edit: I went again they had a crusty old brown 70’s loveseat for $70. It should be sold for $10 and they had a ceramic platter for $29.99. They also had this face cream goodness knows if it’s been tampered with. It was priced at full retail value!! I know they do a lot of good in the community because they are a food bank but don’t they understand pricing lower than resell price and keep inventory moving sell more faster than sell less slower? Their clothes are well priced but their furniture and decor also dining ware is ridiculously overpriced.

This store used to be a great place to find treasures; now, most of the full-time staff are aggressive and just plain mean. Customers, too, will literally push you out of the way to get something. I enjoy Thrifting without stress, so not for me any longer.

Thanks so much to Amy Goldstein. She was able to help my family get emergency assistance. I had been struggling since my husband was diagnosed with cancer and I have been trying to make ends meet. We literally were living off the food we got from the food pantry. She helped me apply for snap and medical insurance to help us out with groceries and stuff. Ensure is quite expensive. So I want to thank her greatly.
