I've been trying to call since 2022 and 23 and can never get through them cuz their voicemail is always full who else can we contact to get some legal advice or some help

No communication whatsoever. Just spoke to another lawyer and they suggested filing a complaint against Legal Aid, which doesn’t help us, isn’t realistic or resolve any situation. I wish the communication would be there and hope that they can do better in the future. A lot of families in the area have been turned away due to valid assistance animals and are left with no where to go.
