Needed them for my desperet yet important situation. Time was not on my side. Couldn't even leave a VM . This kind of service will leave someone with lack of faith in our legal system Hire a real live person a Receptionist for the phone calls. Keep it profesional

Idaho Legal Aid Services helped me out a lot when I needed them. Even though they were unable to take my case, I received tons of information. I spoke with Matthew Simmons on several occasions and each time had a good chunk of stress removed from my shoulders and felt more confident with my situation. Matthew Simmons has gone above and beyond with my case. He has been responsive, supportive, and encouraging. Family hardship is never easy but Matthew helped me stay strong during set backs. They are willing to help us understand our tenents rights, as well as make sure we know the truth, rather than the stress of what we were told reguarding forcefull eviction threats, even without cash in desperatly needed times while facing illegal eviction.
