Rented for 10 months through this management company. Morgan is very nice and professional. She performed a 6 month property inspection which I have never had happen for me at any other property. This reassured me that they care about the properties they manage. If I were an owner, I would definitely trust them to manage my property.

From the very first time I ever spoke with Rebecca Holcombe on the phone I knew she would be something special. She is the perfect mix of kind and genuine while also showing confidence and business savvy. My husband and I decided to purchase our first home during the tumultuous and hectic 2021 market. Rebecca was so very patient in showing us many homes and in a heartfelt way explained all the complexities of home buying. She also exhibited that she had our backs in every aspect of this process. I was widowed in October 2014 and had never bought or sold a home myself. I was terrified of the process, but also emotional having to make a decision on our martial home. Last year, I finally decided it was time to seek help to sell my house. I heard the owners ad on a local Christian radio station, so I reached out to her. She was very helpful and compassionately walked me through taking the next steps and getting it on the market. She found a buyer almost immediately, but they needed to sell their home first and wanted to lease my home until theirs sold. Thankfully, she also has a management company so she was able to help with that as well. Now, we have hit some unavoidable bumps in the road because my buyers are having a difficult time with the closing of their home which has delayed my house from closing. However, she has it set up where they are paying me a very fair monthly rental amount, so I really don't mind waiting 🙂 Rebecca has been very professional and honest and her Christian values are easily seen in the way in which she handles her business. I am thankful that God put her in my life!

I paid $50 and filled out an application with Melissa filler with neighborhood realty on 6/28/16 and was told I was the first applicant for a rental property and my application would be completed in 24 -48 hours. When I called them back on 7/5/16 I was told that the owner has had a lot of interest with his property and was considering raising the rent and the company was not going to run applications until 7/15/16. This was almost three weeks after first applying for the property.

I called them the same day and told them I was going to make a complaint to the board of realtors and fair housing and was ignored. When I called them today I was told that I will get an answer later the same day. 15 minutes later I got a denial email. I have verified rental history with 100% of on time payments, a credit score of 650-674 and a decent income and was turned down because I threatened to report them.

On 7/15 I still have not seen where my credit was ran in my credit report. I have since applied for a different house and got approved I have already seen where my credit was ran.

This is a dirty company and I would not recommend them to anyone!

We Moved in to one of their town house rentals but the house was obviously never been professionally carpet cleaned, because my partner and I got six our first two weeks with all the pet hair remaining in the master bedroom and living room. Ended up buying our own carpet shampooer to cleaned the carpets ourselves . Now, a year later our lease was up and the management wanted us to get our carpet professionally cleaned prior to leaving. However, we have informed them about the pet hairs that was never done for us before! and still no type of sympathy to our situation. How is that FAIR for us?!! only response we got was ' we can show you the carpet receipts of previous tenants' but no receipts was ever shown to me. Also, their staff from then Katie's replacement Liz Marsh, they are both lack of communication skills. Pls do not do business with this people.
