Moody & Associates are thorough, professional and meticulous. I used them to set up a family trust; however they do wills and llc’s too. From my initial appointment with Ms. Moody, Rebecca (the lawyer), I felt my concerns were given the proper attention. After the first appointment, Alexis (the paralegal) and her team gets to working on pulling everything together. They provide a website link where your documents are housed virtually, and you review everything prior to your signing appointment. Even at the signing, Ms. Moody will make any additional changes. Your satisfaction is what this practice works to make happen. Once complete, they provide you with a “liquid” binder of your document; liquid because it can always be changed based on events in your life while you are still living. I highly recommend this legal practice for your estate needs.
