As a first time seller, I had the worst experience with this firm. I sold my house on Monday August 15th and the buyer was given the keys and access to the home without the firm confirming their money was received correctly. It was supposed to be sent via wire, and the firm did not do their due diligence in ensuring the funds were received.

I have been more than patient in waiting for them to handle this, but it is now Thursday and both the closing and selling agents have gotten their commission while I still haven’t received the money I am supposed to be paid for my house.

I understand the buyer made a mistake, but it is the firms job to catch said mistake before letting someone sign documentation and leave the building. Now I have to be inconvenienced. I thought this law firm was more experienced and I’m highly disappointed.
