When I first called Terry I was in a situation where I felt I couldn’t breathe. Terry was kind and understood my fears. He gave me a quote with no pressure. So when I called him back and took him as my lawyer he said I promise you will be able to breathe in a few months. He was patient with me handled everything by phone. Compassionate about my circumstances. He helped me feel calmer and sure enough he was right it was done and the pressure was gone! Assistance required navigating the process around settling a Will. Mr. McGinn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, personable and made the process simpler than what I expected. When your loved one passes, and you have the responsibility, as Executor, to settle a Will and go through Probate, it can be very intimidating...but not with Mr. McGinn guiding you through the process.
