Ken is one of, if not the best, lawyers in Georgia. He is well-versed and experienced in all areas of law, particularly family and criminal law. He is remarkably fast on his feet and can state his case without pausing to research or look at notes. He is very aggressive and gets your case done without lingering in the court system. He explains everything to you in detail and gives you an honest opinion without sugar-coating your potential outcome. He’s very accessible when you have questions and returns calls almost immediately. His staff is excellent and experienced as well. You’ve probably seen him on several shows on Discovery ID! Ken got me off a falsely accused charge that ended my career. However most important could have put me away from my family for up to 30 years. The next time I'm in Ringgold I need to stop by and take him to lunch!

When I arrived Mr Piston meet me at what appeared to the Reception desk he then asked me if I had appointment I then stated I do its with all three of
The attorneys regarding an insurance issue he then ask me if I had or was getting the Covid vaccine i said no (which was a Hippa violation ) and we spend most of the time talking about pro and con of the vaccine and not what icame in for and the other attorney’s never came into the room so my Impression of this law firm is not a positive one moving forward unless your a left wing Democrat I would steer clear of this practice.Now as far as the other Two attorneys I have nothing to say about how they interact with potential clients.but am truly Appalled with his behavior.
