Sent a letter to pay off a debt. Says you must call or email them to get the final amount owed 24 hours before you make the payment. Called all week, left 3 messages and never got a person to call me back. Emailed them and got an email saying they take up to 10 business days to answer an email. This was time sensitive or the bill would go up with more fees. I had to go to the original company instead to pay it. Seems like they do this on purpose to get more money. Just more rich people preying on people that are struggling.

Left a message... they called me back the same day. I wish they wouldn't have. I asked a very simple real estate question The manner of speaking and rudeness of the person I spoke to is ABSOLUTELY unmatched!!! 1 minute and 6 seconds I said sorry I bothered you and hung up.

"Otherwise, we could schedule a closing, the buyer could take time off from work, travel to our office, only for us not to be able to close due to the missing information"
Why would you even include that unprofessional commentary with multiple people CC'd on the chain.

Customer service is impossible to get through to, and their online options are bad as well. Unprofessional and slow, they must have a lack of employees or competence.

Predatory foreclosures. These cretins sold my house, gave me no notice....and gave my phone and email information to the buyer. One step ahead fo the law. They told me "they have no obligation to contact me under the statute (they sent me) that says "Certified Mail with RETURN RECEIPT." They say they have no signature receipt. This is what they do....screw you! They actually had an attorney call me ....a friend....wanting $5K to represent me against these low lifes. LOWEST OF THE LOW.

GA Bar complaints do not scare them. They do not care!!! $$$$

Unfortunately, My 14 year old son father passed away and the money from his house goes to my son. I've been dealing with attorney, Kimberly Wright, and she asked asked for our IDs , birth certificate, a couple of documents to be notarized, i emailed and mailed her everything and haven't heard from her in 3 months. I have emailed and called and and she have not returned neither. I will have retain a real lawyer and fight for what's due to my child. I knew this law firm was shady when i read the reviews.

My landlord sold the property without us knowing now we are beening evicted with less than 2 weeks to be off the property I contacted Dawn Appoloon numerous of times finally heard back was asking for more time to find a place and that my fiance and I are disabled nor do we have the financial resources to move plus we just had 2 artic blast in mississippi just for her to tell me we still got to move it's sad how this company has no care or concern about people I just pray to God we don't be homeless on the streets !! They sure don't care!! They in a whole other state and still putting family's out on the streets!!! Lord have mercy the people of the world today!!
