Having sold over $50,000,000 in Real Estate over the last 10 years, I know what to expect when it comes to a closing attorney. I am leaving this 2 star review solely due to the pre closer assigned to my recent closing. Heather was fine up until the day of closing where she neglected to notify me of the closing time change like she did the buyers agent on this file. Due to this error, I left my house nearly 2 hours in advance to fight Friday morning traffic to be sure I was there on time. Only to be notified via email 22 minutes before closing time that the closing has been delayed to 6 hours later in the day.

Now, I understand that this happens and people make mistakes. However, Heather refused to acknowledge any questions about the situation and completely ignored me which was super unprofessional after wasting hours of my day. She also informed the lender that I was notified which was a lie that she couldn't cover.

All I was seeking was acknowledgement and an apology that never came. Next time I'm looking for a closing attorney, I'll find one that respects my time and my concerns.
