This guy sucks balls. I’m
Not here for revenge or because I’m mad I’m just telling the truth. He knows the law but he does the bare minimum. He charged me 1500 and hey that’s just what I got. A 1500$ attorney. I have sense paid one 3500 and had more communication on the first day than I did with him over a year. The guy will never see my dollars again. Missing in action is his new name for me

Original comment had five (5) star rating!!!! Awesome!!! Super!!! A real Lawyer that ain't just money hungry and believes in you, weather or not he does is a different story. The main thing about Kyle is he's a WINNER 🏆 THANKS BRO.!!! You got me child support!!! Big time!!!

Second time never would call me back and was always out of the office. I mean it was like pulling teeth trying to get him. 99 percent of the time I felt like he was working for the other party. I think he was intimidated by a female attorney on the other side. I was really disappointed and very surprised that how he went from being top dawg to his head swelling and acting better than us. One day he will regret acting so high and mighty. In the end we all end up at the same place and our souls only go to either heaven and hell. No matter how great you are here on earth or how rich or poor you are. We all end up 6 feet under. Remember who you were and still are and who you will always be, because in the end nothing else matters but your family and friends and how you treated them. I wish you well brother, I really do.

I retained Attorney Lovejoy to establish my rights to my son and set up visitation. After our initial consultation I paid $1500 upfront. My case was placed on the court docket. During the initial consultation I expressed the likelihood his mother would not cooperate, but it did not seem that Kyle was taking my case seriously.
We get to our court date and he motioned to have us settle without the judge ruling. Again, I warned him that my son's mother would not go on with the agreement. After weeks of her not responding, we were back in court yet again and Kyle still motioned for us to settle without the judge ordering.
Weeks later she moved and I asked Kyle to get the judge to give an order. He then states that my retaining hours were over and I would have to pay another retaining fee ($1500). Even though I asked twice for him to get a judge to rule an order on my requests and he insisted that my son's mother would cooperate.
Fast forward a year later. I retained another lawyer that got me full primary custody and created a parenting plan both parents could agree on. I would never recommend nor advise anyone to use Attorney Lovejoy based on my experience.

He knows what he did (or should I say didnt do). I dont have to write it all out. Just know if you need something handled go elsewhere. Would not recommend.
