I have closed my first home with Liu and Associates 20 years ago. My family was very happy with her professional services. I have recommend her to my friends, my clients for past many years, she always handle the case professional, effectively.
Recently, a client close her house with Nancy Liu’s team. Some repair works has not completed by seller at the time of closing. The seller has back to back closing at same day and buyer wants complete work before closing. So Nancy reviewed the contract carefully, discuss with both sides and come up with a solution that set up the post escrow account. So the closing went smoothly. After closing, she follow up with both sides until all the requirement was fulfilled. It has taken a lot of her extra work and time. But she handle it effectively and smoothly, plus without charge fee for it.
I highly recommend Nancy and her team. In brief, very professional practice, excellent service, client oriented, with very fare fee.

Attorney Liu is very professional and efficient. She organized your files very well. Not like other closing attorneys, she will not give you a whole bunch of files after closing while she gathered the most important documents for you to keep with extra caution and the rest she sent you email for the record. We just closed a purchase on this Wednesday , and this was not the first case I chose Nancy. She and her teams are always professional and responsive. Her team is very stable and has worked together for many years.Everyone on the team is very familiar about their responsibilities so they can work very quickly and productive. Our last closing was scheduled on Tuesday afternoon but can't completed due to some issues happened to the loan. They worked hard to close smoothly right after the next day.
